i feel like quinn is lovely...very fun to play, .. effective but she is found lacking. well she for some reason lacks the "kill" power unless fed..which i know is for all champs...but i do find she has more escapees than the average adc ranged. dont get me wrong im not adc ranged material but i think her e could use a boost. i bought her for fun...and while im killing and al...she requires plenty of extra effort to do what others do simply..in other words...she doesnt necessarily carry. just my opinion

she needs to be and assasin not an adc.

Honestly, unless you're ulting as valor and are attacking a target while you are untargeted, her passive is the only real damage dealer she has. The passive itself does a ton of damage, and her E is a great follow up and finisher, but other than that you really need to be careful playing her. She's, in a way, a less damage dealing Vayne (in the sense that they both almost completely rely on basic attacks and nothing more).

well i think her role is incorrect without a buff. she is nice for assassin ranged ...she lacks a finisher in my opinion. just something weak about her. and u mention the passive.. which is true. but hers is completely random. granted it marks the first person u see when its rdy but.. it takes like idk about 5 secs to cooldown. its not dependable. and the q is very difficult to land...maybe its meant for open jungle type battle cause it gets snagged on anything. i think a buff should consist of her q going thru minions and stopping on champ hit and maybe only blinding champs or making it a targetable skill and take away the aoe. and increase the e skill dmg.. just a bit more..so u can actually see the dmg. or something with the passive to make it more either a: more controlled or b: make it less dependent

also i might add that the passive makes farming more difficult honestly.. its like wack-a-mole..while ur focusing over here,, the bird picks something else and its just confusing or inconvenient at times.considering u should atk the marked target seeing that its ur only means of high dmg

Honestly, she needs a base movement speed buff 380 with upgraded boots is too slow. ( no MS quints or masteries on her)

Not the best at teamfights, but a monster at 1v1 or skirmishes.
