- SLOW/EXTRA MOVEMENT SPEED: 0 to 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 % after [5000 units / 10 seconds]
- TOTAL MOVEMENT SPEED: 30 / 37.5 / 45 / 52.5 / 60 %
I couldn't decided if time-based or distance-based would be better.
