Stop nerfing ezreal riot you are ruining the game

HONESTLY?!?!?
i read the leaked patch notes and ezreal is getting nerfed yet again. what the hell are you trying to do riot completely disable ezreal from being a playable champion. if anything he needs a buff, obviously you people at riot havent played him recently....HE IS ****!
he does OK dmg but nowhere comparable to kogmaw,kennen, or even ashe. you are buffing ap by .1?? thats not going to do ****. i dont like to qq but this is getting absolutely ridiculous if you want to encourage countless ezreal players to quit the game go ahead. you say you listen to your community? obviously not if so you would stop nerfing underpowered ezreal as it is and show him so love and balance him out with a WELL NEEDED buff.
