Hey, recently a player was being racist towards me because i speaking spanish in a NA server... Anyways, he said he'd come find me, then kill me and harrassed me all game... Can this be dealt with please? thanks

If you think a player should be reported please report them after the game and the tribunal will deal with it.

Yes, but since this was a death threat i decided to take this to the forums.

You can open a support ticket and include that screenshot, reporting the player for breaking the Summoner's Code. I recommend editing out the screenshot from your post though, bringing up these issues on the forums is frowned upon,
