Why does my screen shake and jiggle?

It's been happening since the patch. When I'm on pvp.net I notice the screen shaking and jiggling. Is this happening to others or am I more malnourished than I thought?

I've been noticing this too.

I've also gotten random 10FPS spikes that occur every 9-10 seconds in-game. This has never happened to me before.

I've actually been getting this too. Not the whole screen, just the client window. And sometimes just pieces of the client window, like individual player's champion nameplates and champ selection. Weird.
