tl;dr The new karma suck balls

my 2 cents

1. you have only 1 mantra instead of 2 and the new passive suck balls and only works on champs so don't expect to refresh your mantra fast enough unless you stand still and auto attack forever
2. they replaced 2nd mantra with new passive that's weaker than the old one
3. her W only works against champs and there is no reason to use mantra +W at all instead of Q and E
4. she still doesn't have a real ultimate

I will miss the old karma for sure

1. use your mantra wisely. DOn't just fling it around everywhere. And your spells lower the Cd as well.

New Karma doesn't play at all like old Karma.

Also, new Karma's damage output was greatly reduced, but her utility was increased and is more reliable (speed boost moved to the shield - slow added to her Q)

Her Q was also made to be a better poke, so Karma isn't such a short-range mage anymore.

My final decision is that she'll make for a good support, but her solo-lane ability will be WEAKER than current because her E requires the long CD mantra to deal damage, so she has to level W for damage trading, which means less durability in the trades since the shield will be weaker.

To be honest, new Karma will make supports happy, but AP Mage players sad.

cooldowns seem a touch on the too long side but other than that I don't really see any problems.

Wonder how i will skill her up. More shield? More Slow? More Poke?

Seems like she would be happy with all 4/5 of my support rune pages/mastery pages and do just fine.

here is the one and only combo you need to know with this remake:

non-skill shot W > self-cast E (to get in position for Q and the root part of W) > R skill-shot Q

OR

if you're not as skilled as some players, you can just use the easy non-skill shot R>W to sustain.

grats you just played Karma. I really wished they made her more into the support role. I am no expert but I believe this remake is going to be a massive pain for AP mids in the future. I think Riot should just remake all AP mids so they have some support abilities.
