wtf she is op as heck
please nerf this riot nobody has any way of reaching her but if she ever walks into range of you you're basically dead in 2 seconds

If you are serious: Cassiopeia is intended to have the highest single-target magic DPS in the game. She has no escapes so without her ultimate she is essentially a free kill ASSUMING you have enough burst damage to kill her before she kills you + whatever allies you brought to help with the job. She is also reliant on poisoning targets, so she is actually easily countered by QSS. Put her E on a 5 second CD and laugh as she does no damage.
