Leblac is too stong early game and late game
I observed opponents who played leblanc whom i played against.

She is too hard to go against because of snare and flash 3 times.
Leblanc needs minor nerfs.

Teemo is too stong early game and late game
I observed opponents who played Teemo whom i played against.

Opponent 1: 10/1/16
Opponent 2: 13/3/7
Opponent 3: 9/2/20
Opponent 4: 4/5/24
Opponent 5: 21/1/4

Teemo needs minor nerfs.

Really doesn't prove much.
