Guys i just want to ask....im so confused about the dodge runes..in Tier 2..it said +1.17% dodge...and in Tier3 +1.5%...is it much better to buy the tier 2 instead of 3???

You must be pretty young if you don't know decimals. 1.5 is higher than 1.17. You should get the tier 3 because it gives more.

when you see a single digit such as 1.5 and have to compare it to another number, such as 1.17, an easy way to know which one is greater is adding a 0 to the end of the 1.5 making it 1.50 to equal the amount of numbered places. 1.5 stands for 1 50/100 while 1.17 stands for 1 17/100. Since 50 > 17 1.5 is the greater amount.
