As the title says, any skill that I use that has a Skill Shot Arrow or Range Ring (both being light blue, you know the ones I'm describing) causes a quick 10 fps drop from 60 - 50, now this would not be so apparent if it was every time and causing the game to stutter and jerk.

Riot please take a look into this, this was not happening before this mini patch that was just instilled on 3/22/13 (at least to my knowledge I did not notice it until then).

P.S. I will post DXDIAG and all that jazz once a riot employee notifies me to do so. And any and all who have this issue or similar please post!

Windows 7 64bit Pro

As another side note! I tested my brothers PC (different rig) has the same issue, major stutter fps drop when the blue ring or arrow for skill ranges is displayed either by clicking a skill hotkey or mousing over the skill. It is an apparent memory leak of somekind.
