Dear Riot,

I speak Chinese. I read Chinese. I also speak and read English. When I play your game, I want to be able to use the North American server with Chinese voices and writing.

This is possible to accomplish, as an end-user, with simple edits in a coding program and innovative use of windows explorer -- however this style of modding our own client has drawbacks; often results in our patcher undoing the changes we made; and requires we download the Chinese client in order to get the files we need to swap with the North American client.

Please be good, thoughtful developers and add a feature in that lets us select languages such as Chinese independent from the region we're playing in.

It's kinda weird how you can't select any language you want. I mean, they are in the files already but you must change a file in order to select any other in NA instead of just selecting it in the client...
