What attacks can Fizz dodge by hopping on his spear? Lux's ult I'm sure... Karthus's Q, almost certainly... Annie's Q? Karthus's R? Urgot's Q with lock-on?

Question about IP, Is there a penalty for surrendering? If so is there more of a penalty for surrendering before 25 (like winning a bot battle too fast = less IP)

in short, if it isn't single target and TARGETED then you can dodge it
dodge might not work on them but YOU can dodge them

How is exp calculated?

Is there somewhere that tells me in bold black and white if you equip 3 exp quints and you use the talent tree in utility for an extra 5% exp bonus. Will the 6% and 5% bonus stack together and make 11%? What about if you have Zilean on your team, in addition to that.... will you then have 19% exp bonus from normal exp gain?

Does anyone know of a complete list of abilities that reset auto attacks, I am pretty new to LoL and when I found out that certain abilities allow you to AA twice quickly if used after the first auto attack it was a huge increase to DPS especially with AD carries of course. I am just wondering if anyone has a list of all the abilities which allow this. For example MF's double shot does, however Corkie's(sp?) Q, phosphorescent bombs, doesn't, as far as I can tell. So I am trying to figure it out myself but there are so many champs its hard to keep track.
