Twitch: tower soloing too much

A hero with the right gear that can solo a tower isn't new, or too much. The problem lies in the fact that he can stealth around to the towers before you can react AND solo the tower from a distance without any danger to himself.

Simply, his ultimate should not damage towers.

EDIT: RagED. Now calmed down. Maybe his ultimate needs a slight nerf that's about it.

I suggest using items, champion abilities and summoner abilities. That way that kind of stuff won't happen. Just a hint, don't want to give away the good parts.
