I played a game, where was TF. And when he uses his ultimate he teleports with his third ability instant! Is it bug or something else? PLs answer me if u know something about it.

ZzzZZZZzzzzz. Go and read the da-mn champions page in the website and see what is explained please. Thanks. Yes, it is intended that his gate ability is twice as fast during his ult.
