Any plans for implementing voice chat in the game?

When I can get my team or at least a lane-mate to join me on one of the public LoL Vents I have a much greater time. Voice everyone had built-in would be a blast. Is this in the works?

Yes, please. I'd love there to be voice communication in solo queue games where you're not necessarily playing with people you know. It'd help teamwork (and thus the entire gameplay experience) tremendously.
