1. What does Alcarity do, and what is attack rate?
2. What is the difference between attack damage and physical damage?
3. Offensive Mastery: what type of damage do you do extra on the minions? (Increase the damage you deal to minions by 2/4)
4. Is it possible to reach the end of the tree if you only want masteries which improves pure caster (i.e. Annie)?
