Rage would be too hard to balance in a game like this unless it was normalized. And if it was normalized then its better to just use energy or just cooldowns anyway.

this game needs every element of wow, cos you know guys, wow is the greatest game EVAR and no you can not have a unique game guys that would just be silly...

Wouldn't work. Riot doesn't make champions stronger just because they require more effort to use. A rage champion would be just as strong as any other melee dps, while being a lot harder to use to full effect. Imagine a character that you had to skillshot every auto attack, but wasn't any stronger than Tristana. That is what this would be.
