You forgot to mention his chance to double hit =)
Also yea, thats a very large number of items. Not only fed by players but allowed to farm tons of creeps too; whenever im allowed to do this as Singed i can go heavy AP early on and just destroy everyone also - no Bloodthirster(s) required.
