Personally I'm upset, Morgana is an angel and has yet to have a new skin available and during christmas no "angel" type skin for her... i'm so sad!

Will these skins be permanently available to us if we buy them now? Assuming RP are irl cash, I don't see why not X_X

So, I know they go on sale on the 16th, but when does the 16th officially start? Cause where I am, it's been the 16th for almost an hour.
