Was just in a random solo pub game, (95% of my games are solo pub games), the opposing team was obviously premade as they all had promote and rally. Anyways, 5x promote is a guaranteed win.. why does riot allow 5x premades to pub stomp? it's not fun for the randomly put together team as they are usually horribly stomped.

Promote's being removed next patch.

Just make promote an AoE that puts a smaller non-stacking buff on an entire wave of minions. Easy fix.
