Thats alot of nerf's
Good on the ranged carries tho thay needed the nerf
Next plz make base towers stronger, i cry when i see a lvl 18 ryze kill one by himself?

yea for removing the slow at the end of Overdrive. Maybe ill actually get the skill now before lvl 8.
