[Game Client] Heimerdinger Hextech Micro-Rockets bug

It seems that no matter what level your Hextech Micro-Rockets is at it only fires 1 rocket. This has been true for me in every game sense the last patch.

They changed the way it works recently. It now fires ONE rocket at 1/1/2/2/3 targets. All of these targets must be within range and fully visible on use of skill, and then the rockets will fly towards them.

It will shoot multiple rockets if there are multiple enemies present, and it shoots them all at the exact same time.
