i noticed that anivias ulti witch reads 80=16 dmg at the time i cast it only did 46 dmg per sec to minions minsions had 2% magic redcution at the time is this bug is the powe rmislabled or or are minions carrying an innate aoe resistance or something i dont mind it doign only 46 dmg a sec instead of the 96 its supposed to do but id liek the power to be labeled correctly if it is

the same hting accures at all ranks of the utli it is effectivily only doign about 50% of what ever the dmg is listed per sec it ticks

uneless its ticking twice every sec could someone varify this please
or inform me of why it acts this way
