[Question] What does those number below items means on the scoreboard

I have a question. A mystery which makes me wonder for some time now.

Sometimes items (non-consumables) have numbers on it, e.g. Frozen Mallet shows a 2. this does not make any sense to me.

anyone knows what they mean?

it's a bug. if you buy consumable items, use it all up, and a non-consumable item takes that slot, it'll have a number.

i think its the key assigned to it - to use active items you can click them - takes waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to much time, or punch '2' for example
