You give the carry a support skill (rally) and the 4 supports all get a selfish skill (cleanse)...

Egzecutioner for lifesteal - its the only crit item with lifestal so yes (not for debuff lol)
Plank has cleanse build in why would he need one? Rally enables this team to do early dragon and is very helpful at pushing (more dmg and hp regen - almost like taric's ulti :P)

For a team like this, there should be a Soul Shroud and Aegis at the least.

Sorry, it looks like a dumb strategy. Burst will completely own your Plank who doesn't even consider getting a Mallet somewhere and there isn't a Starks, Shroud or Aegis anywhere. I also highly doubt that your healer team can get all those items that you put down before being completely decimated.

Against a DECENT enemy team it doesn't matter if you can protect your towers with 5x Fortify, Fortify tower ASPD doesn't stack and doesn't contribute too much in defence against a late game push

tl;dr. It's dumb.
