Try and play those characters you nerfed and see how "balanced" they are. If you played Twitch for the past 3 nerfs you wouldn't nerf him those 3 times.

Twitch is still good. Stop building him full AD items and put him in a team where he'll get support.

It's not all about your skill level, in the low areas where wards and oracles are unheard of, Twitch is king.

Twitch is fine. Stop using Ambush as a "omg they can't see me lolol" and stick with your team.
