Face one competent Caster and your Turrets are USELESS as they die before they fired one shot.
Face one competent Yi, Eve or Shako or any other high-damage char and you are dead before they fired one shot.
Hell, face one competent player equal which char he plays and your work from 10 minuts is history!
6 * spell "cast Turret" + 12 * ulti .... TWELVE TIME ULTI ... imagin a Yi who used his ulti 12 times .... that's very likely 12 dead oponents!!!
And what does Heimer get? 6 Turrets, which die as soon as he died, WASTED 10 minutes stanting around becouse you do not want to die getting flamed by your team "Heimer is so freeking useless".
Manacost, Cooldowns, hole Turret/Ulti system is broken

It isn't even a realy ulti ... no other chars needs to use his "ulti" two times for somethink stupid like "upgrade"!
And if you just change it so if skilled the Turrets whent from 0 to 2 within ONE cast.
It's abolut irrelevant what player like Perks try to sugest. It's just match:
- used 18 spells where 12 are ulti
- calculate ALL the mana you invested and ALL the time
- compare it to other heros
- start to cry becouse you notice how f... broken it is!
EDIT: if you find any spelling mistakes or grammer errors .... keep them, maybe you can throw them next time you play Heimer as they will for sure be more effectiv then his Turrets + Ulti
