Quick, dumb question. Do critical strike items add to crit damage or crit chance?

increases chance to crit items are self explanatory
increases crit damage items are self explanatory

"Cloak of Agility"---- +18% critical strike. So is that chance or dmg?

chance, if it increases damage it will say on the item, Infinitys edge for example increases critical strike damage from 200% to 250%
