i nee sum one to tell me how to kill the sewer rat that all u do is slam Ur face to the keyboard every time i try and kill him he has stacked attack speed an life steal and is immpossile to kill its reall starting to get anoyying and his poisons are tickign me for liek 4times for 50 ever secon its on me im really starting to get anoyed at this rat screwing over games

That's the solution to beating him, take it or leave it. If you're unable/unwilling to use it then expect to lose.

Stunning/Preventing him from escaping, and if he is packing life steal with high dmg/atk speed, then burst him until he dies, he is pretty squishy.
