skribbles mentioned this in a thread. they simple changed the name of stanpar to rakkor. they are the same place tho.

I was thinking today wouldn't it be kinda funny if leona was pantheons granddaughter. the fact that a 60 year old dude has been kicking ass in the league is funny to me at least

When are they planning on fixing the map and Pantheons Lore?

I personally like the name Stanpar better than Rakkor.
