here is any other stats limit? like ability cooldowns, crit dmg etc? because i know 100% attack speed limit is 2500

Movespeed gets whats called diminished returns, where any buff after 400 gets reduced by 40% and any buff past 600 gets reduced by 60%

Wrong, numbers after 420 get reduced by 20percent, numbers after 490 get reduced by 50percent.

Your attack speed is maxed @ 2.5 (hardcap, so more won't help even a little bit).

and % critical damage? some1 know? or its not limited?

ps: for normal dmg hero wich rune you offer guys? crit chance or crit dmg?

No limit on critical damage (other than the limited amount you can get really)

And there has been a big debate about crit damage vs crit chance with both being pretty equal. BUT crit chance is cheaper and gives you a stronger early game. My suggestion: Crit Chance. (Crit damage gives you slightly stronger end game depending on item build and hero).
