Okay what i want to know is what runes to use for a healer type champion like soraka. She is an incredible support champ and i was wondering should i use cooldown reduction, mp5, mana, hp5 or what runes for her. Also some tips for masteries for soraka would be nice. I think its clear i should use utility mastery talents but im wondering what ones to use in there and what ones to use after that. Thanks for those that answer.
