He's in a good place now, as long as you don't try to build him as anything but a burst AD caster.

Saw a dps panth today. It was about how you'd expect.

imo they should increase the mana costs of his skills and reduce his base regen.

he's actually really manageable if you get an early chainmail as a squishy. and if he's not fed rediculous early, he's really weak.

Same as buying a few vision wards for eve.

Same concept to having trouble with zilean. early negatron and you're fine.

If only dealing with Kennen in the lane was as simple as an early Negatron cloak, merc treads, and null magic mantle.

Because Riot thinks buff/nerf/buff/nerf to uselessness/buff/nerf/ignore bugs/ignore more bugs/create new bugs is the key to a balanced game...

Name one other char where getting a chainmail is required by lvl 5 to avoid an unavoidable 650 damage combo?

I understand counters need to be in place, but saying, "Oh hey if you are in a sidelane while panth is middle better have farmed a chainmail, and equiped it by lvl 4. Otherwise you are a free kill to a mandrop if you are below 85%."
