Ok today i played a 60 min fight... the last item i bought was a deathfire's grasp to nuke there tank down. the awsome item landed on itemspot 6 and was impossible to use =/ is there a way or can they make a way for us to swap itempositions?

There is currently no way to move items. The item slots have hotkeys...

Slot 1 = 1
Slot 2 = 2
etc.

In-game just go to options -> Key bindings

You can put an alternate like "a" for slot 1-6.
