poor Morgana

Dunno bout Singed though, I see him in almost every game I play. (granted I play with a person who is 90% of the time Singed )

I see her rarely, and Id agree shes severely UP, but the three best players I've ever encountered in the last week and a half were morgana players.

Played with/against/as her a few times in the last 2 weeks. Her shield is still amazing and her pool of w/e is still super effective. She's not Karthus or Anivia for halting creep waves in their tracks, but she's close and still provides some amazing support with shield.

That said, I've felt less impulse to play her lately.
