At first when she talked to me about it I thought it was only on the launcher/client but later on I found out it was for EVERYTHING, ingame included, she even went so far as to uninstall, redownload and do a fresh install, she STILL doesn't have any sounds whatsoever, it's quite saddening to see and not hear.

then she realized it was muted and all was well again.

Except nothing is muted, since muted isn't default on a fresh install, try harder.

Hey Ralfazar,

Please double check that the application is not muted in windows itself. Windows now has the ability to have unique audio settings for individual programs, and these settings are getting muted randomly for many of our users. Someone who had success fixing this explained their process in this thread:

Please try this, and if it doesn't work let us know.
