So from the description of the mastery Presence of the Master, it says it reduces ur summoner's skill's cooldown by 15% but in-game, the abilities say it still has the same cooldown as before. Maybe the description is wrong or that is not what the mastery actually does.
Can anyone help me out about this, it could be a bug.
