Can a snake wear boots?

How does Cass receive benefits for wearing boots when she has no feet? Does she just tie them around her neck? Would they still work that way?

I...don't quite know if this falls under lore but;

Items sold in the shop are not technically "equiped" to champions. They are absorbed into the champion or the champions weapon. This is the same reason as why when you give Miss Fortune, a woman with two guns an infinty edge, shes not walking around with it. So, when you give Cass boots; the boots are in a way "absorbed" into what would be her slither speed..?

Yep, exactly. Same goes for champions who don't step on the ground to move, e.g. Janna, Kassadin etc.

The power transferance is, to my knowledge, the accurate reason. I approve of Silverling's interpretation though. Also, cute drawing ^^.
