This may or may not be true but sometimes it is and avoiding it will help you a lot.
When an enemy team member Queue dodges, it means (like 10% of the time) that one of their players were being an absolute fcuknut and picked Ashe and said "derp derp I will mid first time playing her so go ez"
Or something like that.

If enemy queue dodges, wait a minute or two and start queue again.
That way, that person will have hopefully found a game thanks to auto re-queue.

because there's only one idiot in solo queue right? having the idiot find a match will automatically eliminate idiots from the queue dodge system for the next 30-40mins

More likely: The person queue-dodged because their teammate didn't pick the current flavor of the month for whatever role they picked.
