Maybe two people have to leave before you're able to instead of just one. I know IP/EXP is an issue with surrendering before 25, but I don't think the 'winning' team deserves anything for stomping the losers 5v3. I'm sick of people leaving and then having to sit around for 20 minutes while I watch towers go down.

yea that would be nice, surrender available as soon as somebody leaves.

I'd be happy if it was something like, for every person that has left, and hasn't come back within one minute, five minutes gets knocked off the surrender timer
