riot should develop a built in in-game voice chat, as typing something distracts the player from actually playing. This would also help the teams coordinate their efforts better and bring about an overall better gaming experience

I agree with this dude. Voice chat would enable people to communicate so much more easily.

one, if you have voice chat, you dont need the normal chat. two, yes there would be a lot of trolling, but riot could make an option where you only have the voice chat in an arranged team, or something like that. also, with the new judging system, raging will probably be much less of a problem.
