Guys obviously "C" is Teemo.
Reasoning:
1. He is a yordle.
2. "C" stands for classic skin or Captain Teemo.
3. when he was on the rope he fell for 3 seconds and went invisible.
4. Also Caitlyn is an enemy of the yordles so teemo wants her dead.

i'm always wondering how much these champions cost! could you put it in with the sneak peak, or maybe the spotlight? it'd be useful because then i'd know how much i've gotta ip farm.

Safe to assume that it's 6300+. You'll always have enought then.

Also, I like how she puts it to the league when they ask her how it feels to be exposed. Most of the recent champs cower or flip their lids. She ain't got **** to hide, just pesky yordles ta' hunt.

I think this "C" character will be a sneaky yordle hopefully a new champ, i dont think its Teemo he would have left a shroom with a T or CT for captain teemo :P

Seems pretty cool this story
