What are the most useful glyph runes? The only ones that seem to really stand out are the CDR ones, but the flat ones (which I see more often) are very expensive. Is it a worthy investment, or are the half as expensive CDR per level glyphs superior? Also, does anyone know at what point the per levels become better?

Flat CDR, Magic resist, and mana regen/5/lvl are the best glyphs you can get.

This, though i wouldn't agree with the mana regen ones. Surprisingly, SEALS are the primary for mana regen.

Seals are also the primary of a lot of other useful things. Clarity Glyphs arent bad at all.

flat cdr
mr/lvl
mp regen/lvl

the glyph ones are better simply for the fact that you can get dodge or scaling health/level or a plethora of more useful runes there when you'd only miss out on a tiny bit of mana regen
