Instead of giving a mia button why not get Macros. If anyone ahs played World of Warcraft you will find when you go to the menu there is a option called macro were if you are smart enough u can set it all you have to do is press one button and it will automatically type it into the chat or execute a list of skills. If Riot could add this to their menu it'd be far better than just adding a "mia button". That way when players press the 1 on the numpad it would automatically say something the chat like mia. Players could have up to 10macros set with the numpad and it would make life alot easier. But in saying this people who are really smart can set it so that with a press of a button you could make your ryze use his R>W>E>Q combo with ease.

Chat macros are good, I do not like ability macros. and because #s 1-6 are taken for items, the macros would be for 7-0 and - and =, so 6 macro buttons
