Seals-Not sure what to get I have HP right now..
Glyphs-I have a mix between cooldown/mana regen. Aiming for full cooldown when I get IP

Am I doing this right?

Well, depends of your items.

CDR cap is 40%, so golem buff 25% + Masteries 9% + Death Fire Grasp 15% + Exilir of Brilliance 10% = 59% aka you don't need any CDR runes.

Let's say you don't get the golem buff, 59 - 25 = 34% CDR, so you'll want 6% CDR from runes.

Seal can be either HP/Level or Mana regen/level
Glyph CDR if you want the 6%
For Quins I use HP
Mark is Magic pen

Thought golem was 22.5% last I had it

i do all cd runes plus your not always going to have golem buff so never depend on that and plus tibbers is pretty much your most important spell. Starting off with a stun tibbers in a tearm fight is pretty much a win for that battle.
