Lawls, this sounds like the 5 smite or 5 promote strategy. Wonderfully gimmicky.

Clearly a Rammus, he's 2 heroes strong in tower range. I'd suggest a lategame wonder, since you'll be making it there, pick one of tyrnde, trist, yi, carry ashe, ect. Then I like Kayle since she can greatly benefit both the stalling and the backdooring, but I could see Sivir for similar reasons.

Alright, it's settled then! Let's see if we can catch each other online, I can play TF. I wrote a guide on tower pushing TF, after all!

Edit: I agree, Rammus is a must if you're defending towers! (Btw, can Heimer heal towers? His turrets might actually be good in this strat?)

It's a somewhat common misconception that you need physical DPS TF to push towers, but this is a complete fallacy. AP TF shreds towers almost as quickly by repeatedly locking blue cards, which in turn proc lich bane +good AP build. AP TF is just leaps and bounds better than physical dps TF, there is no reason to gimp your first 30 minutes of play just to backdoor late game.

I've been wondering about that. Has anyone crunched numbers on that? Attack TF downs towers pretty quickly, but AP tf isn't exactly slow either.
