It should totally be a large mallard in a conical asian straw hat.
He's a tank. He could be a mutant from the Icathian occupation, but where he's from is up in the air.
He runs on two legs flapping his wings (so he's quick).
He attacks with beak pecks(melee) and on crits he flutters in the air.
He's like rammus, can't speak, but sounds like he's trying to (kindof like donald duck).
Passive: Down Armor - The further from his enemies he is, the less damage he takes(magic and physical): 1/lvl per 150 range away
Q: Hat slice: Ranged targeted attack. Deals a % of max HP in damage based on how far away they are(.2/.4/.6/.8/1% per 30 range away max 10%), travels very fast.
W: Feather bomb: Radial puff of feathers render only those inside it (and towers ect.) able to see what's in it(both allies and enemies) lasts 6 seconds and scales up in size (400/500/600/700/800) CD 30 seconds. Duck himself gains double the effect of his passive while in it.
E: Hamstring: His attacks cost additional mana and deal extra damage while snaring his enemy. Snare strength 8/11/14/17/20%. Damage 16/22/28/34/40. Activated passive type deal.
R: Mallard Madness: Begins a channel that Pops up everyone(champs and minions) within a radius when it starts(small damage scaling) and then charges the closest champion when it finishes (medium damage scaling). Can be ended early for less damage, ranks increase the channel time and radius of pop up, as well as base damage increase/cd reduction/. While he's channeling he looks like he's flipping out (crazy duck style, bug eyes, wings flapping ect.)
