What openers do you guys like to use on 4~5 person premade?

So far I've tried rushing dragon then ganking mid, going off to our respective lanes after that. Any other creative openers you guys like to use at start?

It's usually more fruitful to gank bot, as mid is almost always going to have Flash as one of their summoner skills.

Bot is the obvious choice, there is more room to gank with there is a couple of bushes to hide in and dragon is right next to bot. Mid is very hard to gank because of the short amount of terrain before the tower and there is no good places to get close and hide.

Ever try stacking all 5 in mid, then head to bot after mid gank "can even happen before minions spawn" Just make sure everyone buys items very very quickly and get into the bush. After you gank mid and bot. they wont stop you from taking dragon, and there respective golem/lizard buff.

Any death resulting from attempted ganks will be the users own fault, Also teleport for whoever is going top should be necessary to get there in a timely fashion.
