I by no means think Heimer is OP, he's very killable, and I have no problem with the 400 dmg his missile can do.. however i do think the range on the missile is obscenely ridiculous, especially early game. You don't even need to be in the screen with him to get hit by it.

He still isn't OP, there are far worse champions than Heimer. But like i said, the range on that thing needs to be reduced a bit.

The great range and auto-homing is offset by the ludicrous cooldown. He might be able to nuke you hard from off the screen, but he's only doing is one every 20 or so seconds.

Like i said, I have no issue with the damage, or the time it takes to cast it. It is the range on the missile.

Imagine if he had a second skill that was a threat to ranged heroes. He might actually be viable! Oh the horror!

Heimer is OP he has so much kill potential ... I mean he can Flash + Ignite me when I'm low every 5 minutes !!!
