Go take a look at the game database. Items, heroes, and runes. All of these are in one place.

Wait.... this isn't right All of these are current for about 3 or 4 patches ago. We're missing Udyr (release Udyr and post patch) and we're missing Nidalee. Ap ratios are missing, pictures are missing, old stats are posted, item names are missing.

Missing items: Deathfire's grasp, Sword of the Divine, Sword of the Occult, Leviathan, new Mejai's Soulstealer.

I haven't taken a good look at the runes yet, but I'm pretty sure they don't match. (The evasion vs elusion runes doesn't even make sense. .36 dodge at 18 vs straight .38)
I also see that there are some rune images missing completely.

It would be nice if these were kept up to date.

There has been a few threads about this each week for several months. They know, they're just more occupied with things like MM, Ranked Games, Draft Mode, etc. It will get updated eventually

Will the update address the "builds into" section of the shop in-game?

IE boots don't show building into boots of mobility, the +40 AP stick doesn't show that it builds into guinsoo's rageblade, and I'm sure there are others.
